Owen Byrd Owen Byrd Owen Byrd 5'10" | PG Mayfield | 2026 State KY has a quick first step and follows it with decisive action, whether it’s pulling up for a jumper, attacking the lane, or drawing the defense and kicking it out to an open teammate. His strong ball control lets him explode off a jab step into a crossover, giving him space to operate. Byrd had a solid season for Mayfield last year, earning a spot on the First Region All-Tournament team. He returns after leading the Cardinals in scoring at 12.5 points per game, shooting nearly 50% from the field and hitting 31 threes at a 35.2% clip.
