Maysville won the hearts of Ohio high school basketball fans and Bobb was the engine of their impressive 3-point bombing offense. An elite shot creator, Bobb has a quick first step and is capable of pulling up anywhere within 30 feet. His scoring numbers speak for themselves, one of the top marks in the state at an efficient clip. After Hayden Jarrett set the school record for scoring last season, Bobb broke it the next year as Maysville is a program that’s on the rise in the tough MVL. If Bobb is looking to play at the next level, he certainly has the talent to play at the scholarship level. Would be a priority recruit for any regional Division III programs as well.

My first-time watching Maysville this season, I was really impressed with Bobb. A quick guard who can shoot the lights out from the outside, Bobb has a quick release and is constantly moving without the ball. His quick first step allows him to create space and he made some sweet moves off the dribble to create for himself out of isolation situations. Able to take a high-volume role, Bobb fired off 21 shots, helping make something happen when the Panthers offense stalled. His ball handling and shooting allowed Maysville to turn the ball over just two times, which was maybe the biggest factor in who won. Bobb is the all time leading scorer in Maysville history and will go down in history after leading his team to the title game with a great effort on Saturday.
