Will Spross Will Spross 6'2" | PG St. Joseph Academy | 2026 State NJ , 6’2 PG St. Joseph’s (Hamm.)
Spross moved up more than any other player in the update, jumping 22 spots. The 6’2 guard has a tight handle, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and can finish in a variety of ways around the rim. Spross has a nice touch on his floater and sets his feet before he shoots. He has the ability to play off the ball as well and gets deflections on the defensive end. Spross is a crafty lead guard prospect who knows how to make plays with the ball in his hands.
Donnie Gregory Donnie Gregory 6'2" | SG Pingry | 2026 State NJ , 6’2 SG Pingry
Gregory had a big sophomore season, which resulted in him moving up 11 spots. The 6’2 guard rises up nicely on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Gregory is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim off the bounce and finish. He is an underrated rebounder and works hard on the defensive end. Gregory’s stock will continue to rise with his ability to shoot the ball from deep and make plays on defense.
Julius Avent Julius Avent 6'6" | SF Bergen Catholic | 2026 State NJ , 6’7 SF Bergen Catholic
Avent elevated his game over the course of the season, which vaulted him into the top 10. The 6’7 wing elevates for dunks in the halfcourt and is able to finish through contact. Avent wastes little motion in his shooting stroke and has a high release on his jumper. He has the potential to defend multiple positions on the floor and is an underrated passer. Avent is a skilled wing prospect who should continue his strong play over the spring and summer.
Dylan Napoleon Dylan Napoleon 6'3" | PG Pennington | 2026 State NJ , 6’3 PG Pennington
Napoleon moved up eight spots in the update and has the ability to climb even higher. The 6’3 guard attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong around the rim and does not mind drawing contact. Napoleon uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and can find his open teammates in the halfcourt. He is a strong rebounder for a guard and uses his athleticism to make plays on the defensive end. Napoleon’s ability to make plays at both ends of the floor will help his stock rise over the next couple of months.
Gerald Elwell Gerald Elwell 6'4" | PF Payne Tech | 2026 State NJ , 6’5 PF Payne Tech
Elwell also went up eight spots in the update as he established himself as a force on the interior. The 6’5 forward uses his strong frame to get position down low and has a nice touch around the basket. Elwell has a good release on his free throws and sets strong screens in the half court. He is tough to box out on the offensive glass and holds his ground on the defensive end. Elwell had three 20-20 games in 2023-24 and is looking to eclipse that number in 2024-25.
