Hollis is a smooth, athletic wing with ideal size and fluidity. He passes the eye test immediately. His above-the-rim ability produces highlight finishes, but he’s far more than just an athlete. Hollis is a very good three-point shooter who can flip momentum quickly with his perimeter stroke. When he gets into rhythm, he can take over games in a hurry. Beyond scoring, he fills up the stat sheet. He rebounds, facilitates and defends multiple positions. Off the bounce, he’s a capable playmaker who can create for himself or others. His versatility is attractive — he doesn’t have to dominate the ball to be effective. Wings with size, shooting and athleticism who also impact winning in subtle ways tend to rise late in the process.
