Aidan Konop Aidan Konop 6'2" | SG Sussex Hamilton | 2024 State WI — SG — 24:Up
I think that Konop is going to do some great things this fall and winter at Sussex Hamiliton. With plenty of talent leaving due to graduation, the shooting guard will have plenty of opportunities. With the ball in his hands, Konop consistently makes great choices. He scores, passes, and plays with good pace. Playing for 24:Up this summer, the shooting guard made significant strides and improvements.
Jerimiah Sem — PG — Sanford Sports
Sem was no doubt one of my favorite prospects to watch this summer. The Sanford Sports point guard is an elite two-way prospect. On offense, Sem is a versatile scorer. He knocks down long range shots with ease and also possesses enough burst and quickness to apply rim pressure. Defensively, Sem is just as good. He uses his quick feet and deceptive strength to guard multiple positions. Sem nearly led his squad to the Hard Work championship in July.
Agape Keys Jr. Agape Keys Jr. 6'2" | CG Milwaukee Academy Of Science | 2025 State WI — PG — Team Haliburton
Keys has a huge sophomore season for Milwaukee Academy of Science this past winter. Now, I expect the point guard to take a huge leap. Playing for Team Haliburton in July, Keys displayed traits that only elite floor generals possess. Keys has a tremendous feel for the game. Not only is the PG an elite scorer, but he also has next-level instincts as a passer. He has great court vision and passing touch. Watch out for Keys this high school season — he is primed to impress.
Joey Butz — SG — BSB
Butz was no doubt one of the best shooters on the Prep Hoops Circuit this July. The BSB shooting guard has a quick release and is very good off ball. When he doesn’t have the ball in his hands, Butz makes intelligent movements. He cuts quickly off of screens and has knack for taking advantage of lazy defenders. Butz’s presence on the court opens up so much for BSB’s offense. He no doubt makes his teammates better.
Kaden Braxton Kaden Braxton 6'2" | CG Shakopee | 2024 State MN — CG — MN Crossfire
I think that Braxton could be a big-time sleeper in Minnesota. Although the combo guard may be a tad bit undersized, he no doubt makes up for it with skill and IQ. On the court, Braxton is a smart player. Braxton can pass well, defend well, and score opportunistically. He is certainly more talented than the prototypical glue guy, but this is really what Braxton plays like. He is gritty, tough, and physical when he needs to be.
Omar Kaba Omar Kaba 6'8" | C Blake | 2025 State MN — PF — Minnesota Heat
Kaba was one of the biggest stock risers from the July AAU session. I really like how the power forward is confident in his size and skill. When Kaba is matched up with a smaller defender, he wastes no time. Kaba takes his defender immediately into the paint. He still has some things to improve upon of course. But for now, Kaba is a dangerous power forward.
Victor Busanga — PG — ECI Selects
Busanga is very enjoyable to watch on the court. The point guard is a slick scorer and passer who is a nightmare for opposing defenders. He is an excellent ball handler and sneaky good athlete. Busanga had a handful of big-time scoring performances in July. I would suggest college programs keep a close eye on the ECI Selects guard.
