Big Shots MB Standouts: 14U & 15U
The class of 2021 youngsters have already been showing their potential to be a nice class of prospects, listed below are some of the youngster that stood out this past weekend:
Chapel Hill Bulldogs 14U Guard Anthony Enoch: One of the highest motor players at the event, he made all the plays to provide extra possessions for his team. He dived for loose balls, took charges, chased down ball, and just about everything else you could think of. Also is a gifted slasher that got into the paint easily and often throughout the day.
Higher Level 14U Guard Anthony Jackson: Would eventually take home the 14U tourney MVP honors as his team took home the Gold bracket Championship. Played very well overall, has multiple ways he can score the ball and did a good job of picking his spots.
Chapel Hill Bulldogs 14U Forward Elijah Davis: Elijah was one of the most productive and most impressive players on the floor, he plays with a high amount of energy and enthusiasm from tip –off until the final buzzer sounds. He has the ability to score the ball inside and out and converting at a high rate, he has a very solid build for such a young player and it benefits him greatly.
Team Buckets 14U Guard Simeon Morrison: Got things going for Team Buckets when the game started with his ability to score the ball, he converted possibly one of the most difficult layups that I saw throughout the day. Does a good job of getting inside the paint, and even though he is slimmer than many of his opponents, he still goes to the paint without fear and doesn’t back down.
Higher Level 14U Forward Luke Triggs: His size will automatically catch your attention for a youngster his age, although he still has a game that is somewhat raw , you have to love the potential he has to be a very nice player overall in the future.
