Wade is a big time athlete who could have a future on the football field or the basketball court, depending on how the next two years go. On the court, Thurman is capable of locking down on defense or scoring inside the three point line on offense. His outside shooting has to continue improving but Thurman made a huge jump in his Sophomore year and looks to only be getting better.

Griffin Elite has an excellent 15 U group and there were a handful of guys who impressed me on Saturday from their team. I wanted to first spotlight Wade who came out aggressive offensively. Attacking closeouts with a quick first step, Thurman hit floaters and reverse layups at the rim. Knocking down a couple time and space 3-pointers, Thurman is a wing who wants to get downhill but can also make open shots if left alone. With his athleticism, burst and ability to score at the rim, Thurman is a productive wing at the 15 U level with a decent amount of upside down the road from a Woodford County program that has a history of producing top talent from central KY.

Wade is one of the more athletic prospects in this class already and has shown potential as a lockdown defender and athletic finisher in the mold of Aveion Chenault Aveion Chenault 6'3" | SG Frederick Douglass | 2025 State KY at Douglass. Thurman is an athletic slasher who shoots the three well enough to keep opposing defenses honest.

An athletic wing with a great motor, Thurman will likely carve out a role for himself at Woodford County after he was a starter for Frankfort last season by the end of the year. Wade is a good driver and finisher and has the potential to be a lock down defender on the other end of the court.
