One of the state’s top point guards, White continued his strong senior season with 16 points, including a big second half performance. He was also highly active on the defensive end, finishing with four steals and consistently disrupting opposing ball handlers. White is a very quick lead guard who is comfortable with the ball in his hands and a reliable open-shot maker from the perimeter. He sees the floor well and consistently finds open teammates, making him a true floor general who impacts the game on both ends.

One of the state’s top available point guards, White is a very quick lead guard who is tough to keep out of the paint and is very effective in transition. The senior is good with the basketball and has the vision to be a good passer. He can be a scoring option as well as he continues to improve his perimeter shot making.

White is very quick and very good with the basketball. He is a capable open shot maker and sees the floor and is able to find teammates. The senior is a big reason Gainesville finds themselves at 8-0 to start the season.

-Lived in the paint for Game Elite and filled up the stat sheet in an early morning matchup with a very talented Loaded VA group on Sunday. Not the tallest guard but that doesn’t stop him from using his center of gravity to blow past his matchup and force the defense to shift, creating easy finishing angles for his bigs.

This year’s Newton squad is deep and talented per usual but Kevin White Kevin White 5'8" | PG Gainesville | 2026 State GA has carved out a significant role in the backcourt and he’s handled himself like a vet when on the court. White is a steady floor general that understands his role as a facilitator and takes advantage of his scoring opportunities. He may be undersized but he’s a pesky defender and we’ve seen him hold his own against some of the best guards in the state. White currently sits at #41 on our board and will continue to rise if he keeps playing at a high level.
