Sever is the senior for this young Hilliard Bradley squad. He is the leader by example for this Jaguars team. He is a super tough and high-motor kid. He had a ton of physical finishes through contact. He has an edge to him when he plays that you can tell his younger teammates feed off of. He has a ton of heart. I like what he brings to this Hilliard Bradley squad.

Midwest MHC is a team that usually shares the ball and has balanced scoring, in one game this weekend their leading scorer had just 12 points (in a game where the team scored 74 points) but on Sunday morning Sever exploded for 28 points! Making shots off the catch is Sever’s specialty and his teammates were finding him. A prospect who will have an easy transition to the next level, everything Sever does at the high school and grassroots level will scale up for small college programs. Coming from a Hilliard Bradley system that preaches pack line defense, Sever has adjusted well to full court trapping style of defense, showing his versatility on that end of the court.

Hilliard Bradley is projected to be one of the top teams in central Ohio this winter and their disciplined pack line defense and perimeter shooting has been a staple of their program. Few players fit that system better than Sever, who can get hot from the outside and really competes on the defensive end of the court.
