Brooks Fortune Brooks Fortune Brooks Fortune 5'11" | SG Southridge | 2027 State OR emerged as one of the top stories of the tournament, delivering a standout performance in Southridge’s upset win over nationally ranked Rainier Beach. Fortune held his own defensively, competing on both ends and playing a key role in the 22-point performance that fueled Southridge’s statement victory. A knockdown shooter with deep range, Fortune showed confidence from beyond the arc while also showcasing a polished mid-range game. He put pressure on the defense by attacking closeouts and drawing fouls, capitalizing on scoring opportunities. While a streaky shooter at times, his ability to heat up quickly makes him a dangerous player.

In one of top games in LSI history, Fortune helped lead the Skyhawks to an upset win over nationally ranked Rainier Beach from Seattle. Brooks was cooking all night long, knocking down transition 3’s, finding his teammates, and getting some tough rebounds as well. He shot 6-10 from the 3PT line, and 4-4 from the FT line, finishing with 22 total points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists.
