Another easy choice for the SCBCA All-State Team from the Columbia area is Bell. Justus led the Silver Foxes at 19.5 points per game and 5.9 rebounds per game, easily winning the Region 4-5A Player of the Year Award. He was a difficult matchup for most teams in the region, combining a stout interior presence with improved perimeter skills.

. He got off to quick starts with easy buckets on the first two possessions of each half, as well as crossing over the 1,000-Career Point mark with a highlight-reel and-one just before getting subbed out for an early rest. Despite struggling with a little bit of foul trouble, Justus flashed a little bit of what makes him a top-10 prospect in the 2026 class with versatile defensive playmaking, an ability to score or pass from the post, and a few impressive moments off the dribble.

Justus defines what schools are looking for in a SF. Standing at 6’6″, he is physical, athletic, and plays with a high motor. However, he is still the most under-recruited prospect in the Top 10, in my opinion. It will be far-fetched to see Dutch Fork still playing in March thanks to a big year from Bell.

. Bell was a big stock riser in the recent Prep Hoops SC Rankings Update and backed it up with his play in Spartanburg. Justus impacted winning with his calming presence on the court and his ability to get a bucket when it was needed. I watched them in an in-state matchup with Nation Ford, and Bell was often the guy his team turned to when the opponent went on a run to get close. Justus always responded, either by knocking down a three, getting to the rack for a layup, or setting up a teammate for a good look. Bell put up 15 points on 3-6 3FG in the win.

Switching over to Stars Gold, Bell was one of the overall most impressive prospects at the Phenom Challenge. I checked in with Justus and Company in Game Two, but in Game One Bell put up 14 points, including a game-winning tip-in against a fellow shoe-circuit opponent. He followed that up with a 14-point, 12-rebound double-double. Bell is a true all-around Wing and displayed positional size and athleticism through rim protection (4 blocks), activity in passing lanes (2 steals), strong rebounding, an ability to run the floor, and a comfort from behind the arc in a stellar showing.
