CADILLAC VS. SAGINAW

Pediction: Cadillac

This is a very interesting matchup. Both teams have star power in the backcourt. I think rebounding and interior D wins it for Cadillac. If Saginaw can control and push the pace, it could be a different story.

Both of these are areas where the versatile [player_tooltip player_id='1434245' first='Charlie' last='Howell'] has been known to shine. I believe that he might present the biggest matchup issue in the game for either side. If he can control the lane, Cadillac moves on.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1438249"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Stevenson has had a very impressive season and he would be a crucial part to a Saginaw victory. His defense has been downright stellar at many points in the season. He's shown a willingness to draw charges and has a knack for making big defensive stops. Stevenson has some nasty offensive moves that could cause issues for Cadillac on defense.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":2,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64185099c9fed"} /-->

FERNDALE VS. GOODRICH

Prediction: Ferndale

These are 2 very good teams that are both deserving of a spot in the semifinals. I'm going to go with Ferndale mainly because they just have so many options and ways they can hurt you on offense. Be careful though because Goodrich has elite talent and some real good shooters.

He can get to the rim and finish with flare. Reed has shown a markedly improved jumper this season and can shoot from behind the arc with consistency. If Reed starts rolling in this game, Ferndale will be tough to beat.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1437570"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"LePla could be the X-factor in this game that pushes Goodrich to a win. The double-double machine will draw a lot of defensive attention, but that rarely slows him down. If LePla can still get his while drawing the defense, it's going free up some other scorers for Goodrich as well.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":2,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64185099ca074"} /-->
