He knocked down 4 clutch threes that really was the difference maker in the game. Not only did he make shots, he helped control the temp0 and get spacing right for his teammates to attack. He proved he is one of the best forwards in the state knocking down shots both at the rim and from 3pt range. He did a great job controlling the glass for Lyon County and really helped them compete in the paint against a physical Clark County team. He did an unbelievable job attacking the paint and getting to the rim. He had a game high 10 free throw attempts which really was the difference in the game. It seemed like every time he touched the ball he was giving Ashland's defense problems. He ran the show for them keeping them composed against an uptempo Warren Central team, got teammates great looks and scored from all three levels. Although it wasn't the outcome he would have liked, it was great to see him have such a good game to finish out his career. He lived in the paint drawing fouls and getting easy baskets. He let his defense fuel his offense as he did a great job getting in passing lanes and propelling them to get out in transition. He played with extreme composure as if he was a senior. He was crafty getting to the paint making plays and showcased his elite vision. The only way they could stop him from scoring in the paint was fouling him which he went 6 for 7 at the line.
