Ethan Montague Ethan Montague 6’4″ | CG Enloe | 2023 State NC had himself quite the senior campaign leading the Enloe Eagles to a 15-10 season and were produced 20.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 1.5 apg and 1.5 spg while shooting 41 percent from 3-point range. He’s a 6-foot-5 wing prospect that showed his worth on the wing and on the rebounding front as Enloe made a splash in the Cap6 Conference in 4A action.
Tajmari Joyner Tajmari Joyner 6’3″ | CG Goldsboro | 2023 State NC was quite the third option in the Goldsboro Cougars rotation as he closed things out in his senior campaign in 2022-23. He was a pivotal piece in their run to the 2A Region Finals as they went 28-3 on the season and 10-0 in the Neuse 6 Conference. He put up 16.0 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 4.3 apg and 2.8 spg while showing he could make an impact on the wing on both ends of the floor. He’s a prospect that DIII and JUCOs should get eyes on in need of a glue guy on the floor.
Mikel Alston Mikel Alston 6’2″ | CG Franklinton | 2023 State NC is a sharpshooting guard out of Franklinton High that showed his development over the length of his senior season in 2022-23. He was a key piece in their run to the third round of the NCHSAA State Playoffs as he produced 16.8 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 2.1 apg and 1.4 spg while knocking down 54 3-pointers to lead his squad on the scoring front. He’s a name for DIII and JUCO programs to get eyes on in the 919 area.
Cameron Spencer Cameron Spencer 6’4″ | PF Wakefield | 2023 State NC was a versatile name that emerged in the Northern Athletic Conference with Wakefield High in the NCHSAA 4A ranks. He’s a 6-foot-5 forward that showed he could operate in and out with the Wolverines, posting 13.3 ppg while shooting 39 percent from the 3-point arc on the year. He led the squad with 62 made 3-pointers while showing he could also be a presence on the rebounding front (3.0 rpg) and around the rim. He’s a prospect for DIII and JUCOs in the area to get eyes on.
Kendrick Harper Kendrick Harper 6’4″ | SF Greene Central | 2023 State NC led the Greene Central Rams frontcourt as they finished the 2022-23 season with a 23-7 record and an appearance in the NCHSAA State Playoffs. He showed off his ability to make an impact around the rim with 15.5 ppg, 8.6 rpg, 3.9 bpg and 2.1 spg with his 6-foot-4 length. He’s an athletic name for DII and DIII schools to get to know out of the 252 area.
Fisayo Adebimpe Fisayo Adebimpe 6’2″ | PG Enloe | 2023 State NC is a point guard that showed off his growth with Enloe High. He showed he could lead the Eagles this season while producing 7.5 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 2.3 apg and 1.2 spg and showing he could be a two-way presence in the backcourt. He’s a senior floor general that’s headed to NC Wesleyan following the conclusion of the school year this June.
