Continue ReadingUp from No. 14rnHigh Major programs are rightfully after Nathaniel. He has developed such a smooth game on the perimeter. He’s got a pretty outside shot, able to create off the dribble and shoot the three over defenders. Jayce is a fluid athlete that plays well in transition. In the half court, Nathaniel is still capable of going down low, scoring with turnaround jumpers out of the post or with his back to the basket. He’s a major mismatch.
Up from No. 28rnThe Co-Region 2-7A Player of the Year, David Clark David Clark 6’7″ | PF Wheeler | 2024 State GA is a well-rounded scorer. Standing 6-foot-7, he excels at getting to his spots in the mid-range where he can rise above contests for clean looks at the hoop. He will take smaller men into the post and is a smooth slasher from the wing. David rebounds at a high level and holds switchablity defensively.
Up from No. 103rnA real inside-out forward, Christian is strong around the rim, able to power through opponents on the low block. Deston also has a soft touch from the perimeter. It’s almost a set-shot, but Christian is a good shooter from the mid-range and beyond the arc. Walnut Grove can either play small ball with Christian at the five or let him play power forward alongside Alex Cannon.
Up from No. 121rnHinton is developing at a steady rate. He’s got great size and a sturdy frame. Matthew blocks shots and rebounds. He moves well for his size. Hinton is starting to polish up a low post game. He can catch and finish with dunks in traffic.
