As a versatile wing player, Ritvo makes a significant impact on both ends of the court with his multifaceted skill set. Not only does he contribute offensively with scoring in various ways, but he also plays a pivotal role in anchoring the defense. Ritvo’s ability to score in diverse manners, whether it’s through sharp outside shooting, slashing to the rim, or mid-range jumpers, keeps defenders guessing and creates matchup problems. His versatility makes him a valuable asset to his team, capable of influencing the game’s outcome on both offense and defense.

A physical presence inside. A rim protector and outstanding rebounder. In a recent game I attended Qadir had 4 blocks in the first quarter vs Stepinac. A lefty who likes to drive right. Finishes at the rim with power but also has great footwork and can finish with finesse. Has added the perimeter jumper to his game. Terrific rebounder on both ends of the floor. A rotation piece for your D1 program right away while pushing for a starter spot quickly.

The senior forward was highly impressive in defeat, scoring 25 points. He does a majority of his damage on the low block but showed that he can hit shots out to the foul line as well. He plays extremely hard and sees the ball well as a rebounder.

Martin had a near triple-double on Thursday night as St. Peter’s captured yet another SIHSL championship. The 2024 wing is one of three seniors who have been leading St. Peter’s all season and will need to do so again on Sunday. Point guard

knows how to create space and manage a game while being a scorer himself. Forward Jorel Monroe gives them another scorer who can be a factor on the glass.

Against the above mentioned Stepinac program Qadir had 3 blocks in the first quarter. A real rim protector and big body in the paint. Defends the post but is agile and long enough to defend the perimeter. Can finish with either hand with an assortment of moves in the paint. A lefty who likes to drive off the right hand and can finish strongly at the rim. Can step out and hit the open three off the catch or as a trailer. A real stud.

After transferring into the CHSAA no player had a bigger impact in the league than Qadir. I saw him first at a team camp and he quickly caught my eye and a lot of the opposing coaches were asking about him. Excellent size can defend the paint. Has that ability to block and alter shots. Does an outstanding job rebounding the ball on both ends of the floor. Qadir has excellent footwork in the post but can also step out and hit the mid range jumper. Getting more comfortable off the catch with his three ball. He made an impact in his first season and the sky is the limit as he continues to impress during the spring and summer. Currently holds an offer from Bryant, but trust me on this one, he better show up on your recruiting offer board quickly . Right now he is a steal for someone to come in on. This list will grow.

St Peter’s had a very good weekendo showcasing some of their young talent. Qadir is a player getting his name up on a lot of recruiting boards. I’m sure offers will be coming in quickly. He protects the rim and rebounds the ball really well. Can block shots while still gaining the possession. Scores around the rim with either hand. Nice footwork. Also has the ability to knock down the 15 footer regularly.A player I am very high on and expect to have a monster summer season leading into the high school season.

17. Let’s go down the list a little bit to let you know about Qadir. Not many people knew of him when we saw him at a preseason team camp. But now the whole CHSAA gameplans against him. Really good athletic defender. Can block or alter shots. Has that ability to block a shot and gain possession. Athletic in the paint with quick spins and elevates for dunks or finishing inside with great footwork. Excellent face up game. Soft touch of his midrange jumper. Will see his already nice selection of D1 offers escalate.
