Tai Turnage 5”10 St Rays
Well schooled player is the son of Wings academy coach Billy Turnage. Has offers from Umass, Norfolk St, St Francis Brooklyn, Fordham and Seton Hall as well as others. Lights out shooter from three. Can get off his own shot or show his basketball IQ by coming off a screen tight and hands ready to shoot it.
Brandon Stores Jr. 6”3 St Rays
Strong guard. Scores at all three levels. Iniates contact going to the rim or creating space to get off his jumper. Elite athleticism makes him tough inside.
Johnny Keenan. 5”9 Iona Prep
Excellent ball handler. Outstanding shooter beyond the arc. No fear going against bigger or stronger players.
Markell Alston 6”1 Christ the King.
High energy player. Competes at a high level. Has playmaking skills. An elite shooter
Danny Carbuccia 6”2 Stepinac
Can really shoot the three. Consistently knocks down the corner three. Nice mid range game as well. Handles the ball really well. An excellent passer either on the break or in the half court.
Kiyan Anthony 6”2 Christ the King
Son of NBA player Carmelo. Has a quick release and has a smooth handle to get off his own shot.
Hao Chen 6”3 St Francis Prep
Starts his high school career with good size. Has shown the ability to defend the post but also use his strength to defend the perimeter. Creates space for himself offensively.
Vere Anthony 6”0 St Francis Prep
A playmaker. Excellent with the ball in his hands. He is a facilitator who can also score the ball.
Devyn Kale 5”10 Lasalle Academy
Elite skillset. Strong with either hand. High basketball IQ.
Frankie Mangione 6”0. New Hyde Park HS
Excellent ball handler. Has a nice crossover that he uses to get off his pull up jumper. In transition he is under control and makes the right decisions.
Kris Banwareesingh. 6”1 Iona Prep
A transfer from upstate. Kris averaged 20 ppg has an eight grader on varsity. He now comes to one of the toughest leagues in the country and all reports are that he will continue his scoring prowess. An elite shooter.
