PHU #11- 6’3 Donovan Averitte Donovan Averitte 6'4" | CG Bingham | 2025 CA-S || Corner Canyon High School ||
When Donovan was an 8th grader he had various high schools hoping that he would pick them but he ended up at Corner Canyon a team that was likely going to rely on their young talent. This is a perfect spot for Donovan to slowly get up to speed with what is expected of him. He looks great in the open floor. He can hit from the outside but he has a really good feel for the game when he slashes to the cup as he has an array of moves including a nice spin move that gets him aways from defenders.
PHU #12- 6’1 John Rosevear John Rosevear 6'1" | PG Cottonwood | 2025 State UT || Brighton High School ||
John has a good frame for a young player that could see time in years to come. He plays low to the ground and he isn’t afraid to sit down on the blocks and post up smaller players. Quick step off the dribble and a shot that makes you respect him outside. John could defend at a high level and that is what he might need to do to see some time at the varsity level.
PHU #13- 6’2 Hunter Jackson Hunter Jackson 6'3" | PG Woods Cross | 2025 State UT || Woods Cross High School ||
Hunter is one of those kids that lives in the gym and when he is not playing he is training. One of the more physically strong guards in the class. Hunter is not shy when he is open as he doesn’t need too much space to get a shot up. He has some moves that get him open to get some mid-range jumpers off and also moves that get him to the rim. Keep an eye on him over at Woods Cross as he might find time on the floor as a freshman.
PHU #14- 6’3 Drezdon Jensen Drezdon Jensen 6'4" | CG Viewmont | 2025 State UT || Davis High School ||
Drezdon has good size and he is a good CG prospect that will develop nicely under some really good guards at Davis. Almost every guard at Davis can shoot so we expect Drezdon to really increase his shooting ability.
PHU #15- 6’6 Chamberlain Burgess Chamberlain Burgess 6'9" | PF Orem | 2025 State #214 Nation UT || Lone Peak High School ||
It is just a matter of time before Chamberlin is hovering over everyone. He is still growing and I can only imagine the growing pains he is going through. Looks like he will be a stretch 4. He has some touch to his game but he is going to be a project as he figures out his strengths, but he is a prospect that can pop at anytime.
