Colton had a really good last two seasons for South Laurel and proved he can not only run an offense but that he can also get in the scoring column quickly and efficiently.

Another player who picked up an offer on Saturday, Rawlings was offered by Union Commonwealth University after his stellar play. Colton is one of the best players in the 13th region and is a very steady player both on and off the ball. Don’t be surprised if more schools pull the trigger on an offer for Colton.

Rawlings was one of the more athletic guards at camp on Saturday. He’s added some bulk in the offseason and has become even more bouncy. Colton’s calling card is his defense but he showed true two way potential in Louisville.

As mentioned in our biggest risers article this week, Colton is a tough and talented two way guard who can score off the wing and is athletic enough to shut down opposing backcourts. Rawlings is high academic and receiving college interest across multiple levels.

Colton is an overlooked prospect thanks to geography as there are a lot of good players in the 13th region, especially right now. Rawlings moved from 44th to 35th this update and is a player that D2/NAIA/D3 schools should be looking at in the 25 class.

Rawlings is one of our biggest movers in this update and is working towards cracking the top 40. A skilled scorer and underrated athlete, Colton is the type of guard who requires multiple viewings for coaches to realize all the things he does to impact winning for his team.

Rawlings transferred from North Laurel to South Laurel before the season and it’s been a good move for him. Colton moves up from 59th to 44th by virtue of a much bigger role at South and higher production now that he’s playing with the ball in his hands a lot more often.

Colton made the short move from North Laurel to South Laurel and is likely to be the starting point guard for the Cardinals. Rawlings is an athletic guard and capable shot maker whose best chance to play in college is to develop more as a floor general and facilitator. I think he’s got the tools to be a good point guard and could be a candidate for a breakout season.

Colton is a scoring guard that is probably more natural as a shooting guard who can create offense with the ball in his hands as opposed to a facilitator at the point. Rawlings is an underrated athlete who is willing to dive on the floor and make the tough plays that teams need to win. A transfer to South Laurel should provide a big increase in opportunity for Colton.
