Dereck Lively II Dereck Lively II 7'1" | C Westtown School | 2022 State #3 Nation PA 7’1 C 2022 Team Final
Against Team Final Red, the 7’1 center switched on to perimeter players without breaking a sweat. His length gave everyone fits, especially at the rim. He displayed great timing and toughness with his put-back dunks in-traffic. Seeing him knock down free throws as an efficient clip and shoot threes gave a glimpse of what his future is like.
Otega Oweh Otega Oweh 6'4" | SG Blair Academy | 2022 State #91 Nation NJ 6’4 G 2022 Team Final
In the same game, Oweh stepped up in a major way, with two other starters out today. “Teg” exploded for about 22 much needed pts, as Team Final squeezed out the win in OT. His confidence as a 1-foot leaper in the half court is rare. With electrifying bounce and a thick build, Oweh is an exciting finisher. That size and athleticism helped him on defense too.
Daniel Alcantara Daniel Alcantara 6'4" | SG Reading | 2022 State PA 6’4 W 2022 Team Final Red
TFR was ahead most of the game on Alcantara’s back. He led all scorers with 24 pts. Every time the defense blitzed the ball-handlers, Daniel hit critical shots. His floor-spacing was essential for his squad. Down the stretch, he knocked down timely free throws (8/10) which pushed the game all the way to the end.
Jaden Arline Jaden Arline 5'11" | PG Paul VI | 2022 State NJ 5’11 G 2022 Team Final
Arline had the best performance as a shooter on the day. He drained SIX treys versus Team Final Black. Catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble, you name it. Every jumper he pulled looked good as soon as the ball left his hands. When his shot wasn’t falling in game 2, he still came through for his team with 6 pts and tenacious off-ball defense.
Daemar Kelly Daemar Kelly 6'3" | SF Penn Hills | 2023 State PA 6’4 W 2023 Team Final
This Spring, Daemar has been an all-around solid contributor. He causes havoc on defense by blocking shots and deflecting passes, then gets high percentage buckets in the paint. But the wing from Penn Hills really put it all together offensively in game two today, totaling 19 pts. He splashed 3 threes and converted quality looks in the lane, in addition to his usually defensive numbers.
6’0 G 2024 Team Final
Buckets…Deuce just couldn’t stop getting buckets against Team Final Black; 23 of them to be exact. He was dealing: loaters, craft-finishes, any way you wanted it. He also made 3 from deep, all without cracking a smile. Mike honestly looked like he felt disgusted when opponents tried to guard him. His first step was too much for them.
