Throughout this game in particular he was a beast on the boards both offensively and defensively, he used his mixture of strength and athleticism to battle on the boards. Last but not least, he was very efficient scoring the ball inside and from midrange, He didn’t try to do anything that was outside his realm of comfort but instead stuck to what he was good at, with plenty of put back layups and strong finishes in traffic. The first half was where he was the most productive with 18 Points coming in that half but he would go on to finish with 22 for the game.
Wayne Country Day 2018 Jimmie Sanders III: Every time I see Jimmie play, I leave the gym impressed with his performance and also encouraged to see that the idea of a True PG in high school is still realistic. He has the ability to score the ball without a doubt, he finished with 22 Points in the game, but what impressed me most about Jimmie was his defense and the gift he has to pass the ball. Throughout the game there were multiple time where he seemed to see a play happening before it happened and put it right on target for a teammate. He finished the game with 18 Assist and a handful of steals to go along with the Points and Assist.
Fayetteville Academy 2019 John Michael Wright: One thing we have always love about John Michael is his ability to compete in big time matchups and games, the Greenfield game was no different as he stepped up throughout when his squad needed him. He has a very smooth midrange game
Greenfield School 2017 Dorien Suggs: Suggs is an unsigned senior at this point that has several schools interested and it wasn’t a huge surprise to see Barton College in the building for this one. He has a very solid frame to go along with nice athleticism, he can step out and shoot it but really makes his living playing inside. Finished with 15 points on the night, could be a nice pickup for a D2 school or even a JC if he wants to go that route.
Wayne Country Day 2018 Cole Atwood: Cole is known for his ability to shoot the ball and he did not disappoint, knocking down six trey balls in the first half to help his team build a comfortable lead. He’s more than just a shooter though, he’s very athletic and can be a solid defender when he wants to be, Finished with 23 Points.
