I recently was able to catch their matchup against Liberty Christian Academy and he was simply lights out he made 4 or 5 threes in the contest while making the right plays and reads for his team. Carlos recently went on an unofficial visit to VMI and it's easy to see the value he brings long-term to college programs with his elite shot-making and shiftiness. What I like most about his game is his ability to play on or off the ball and to get open often without the ball in his hands. He will have a major Junior year for North Cross as one of their top players moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='3764739' first='Seth' last='Green'] is a perfect high-level D3 player with length, a high IQ, and elite shot-making. What stands out most about him is his ability to play inside and out. He consistently knocks down jumpers from the perimeter while using his size to score inside around the rim. He is a versatile offensive threat for his team and will have a big senior season for Poquoson and be a name more Division 3 programs will be tracking moving forward.

Won Evans is a 6'4 quick and shifty Point Guard from Brunswick Academy who has established himself as a scoring guard and sharpshooter who excels with the ball in his hands. He can get downhill with his quick twitch and tight handle, or he can light it up from beyond the arc. Won doesn't get enough praise as a playmaker or defender, but he has really shown positive strides in both categories to bring more value to his game. He will be someone who will help a college program and have a great senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='3539470' first='Julian' last='Trotter'] is a 6'7 forward who attends Colonial Heights and played for Team Loaded this summer. He is a younger prospect who is still growing into his body, but he is just starting to show his scoring versatility and long-term upside as a post player. As Julian continues to grow and become more comfortable, he will be someone who will be highly sought after in his class moving forward. He is a high-energy player who scores well around the basket and above the rim. What I love about his game is his ability to track down rebounds and earn his team extra possessions, as well as his defense and his ability to protect the paint and alter shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='3275794' first='Hasaan' last='White'] is a player I have seen grow since he was a freshman, and it's very intriguing to see his growth in his game now that he's a senior. He is a left-handed guard who always finds ways to get downhill and score inside. One of the better on-ball defenders in the region, with his tenacity and ability to pressure the ball in the full-court. Hasaan simply plays with a relentless energy and aggressiveness to make an impact on the court, whether it be on the offensive side or defensive side. I fully expect him to be a major piece for Glen Allen this season.

Trenton Smalling is simply one of the best combo guards in the state in his class but has been quietly under the radar, and it's hard to understand why. He had a very productive summer with [program_tooltip program_id='3424568' first='Team' last='Loaded Gold'], averaging over 17.5 PPG on the Circuit and scoring efficiently throughout the summer. Trenton is an elite scorer, aggressive defender, and versatile athlete, as he loves to score in transition and play above the rim. He will have a very strong season for Woodside in his Senior year and be a name college coaches should want to have on their roster next season.
