Our 2028 national rankings were updated today and in this article we'll take a look at the top five prospects! Rose has been dominant in basically any setting he's played in, which includes 3SSB, Nike Scholastic and Adidas Eurocamp. Rose combination of production, athleticism and positional size and strength gives him such a high floor as a prospect and while he's rose up in other national rankings, we are the first to put him at the top of the list.

One of the top bigs in high school basketball, there's been some speculation around if Kamagate will eventually class up to the 2027 class and make a push for the 2028 NBA draft. Currently in the class of 2028, Kamagate played 17 U for Compton Magic and was dominant as a rim protector and defender. Kamagate is an impressive run runner and lob finisher but the defensive upside is where he shines the brightest. As an older prospect for the class of 2028, it was nice to see him play at the 17 U level against similar aged bigs and dominate. Kamagate forms the biggest forward duo in the country with Cherif Millogo for St Francis-La Canada in California and the pair have already stood out together at the Border League.

One of the youngest players in the 2028 class, Hiller played up at the 17 U level on the EYBL circuit and showed off his impressive scoring ability. A built wing athlete, Hiller's older brother is a five star offensive linemen and he's also spent a lot of time in the weight room developing his frame and being able to bully older players than him. Incredibly skilled and poised offensively, Hiller can get to his spots on the court to rise up and has continued to impress as a scorer against any competition level. Still playing at his public high school, Hiller sees junk defenses all the time and gets to be the primary creator and leader for his hometown team. With blue blood programs already heavily after Hiller, some rumors have swirled around if he'd be open to a reclass to 2027 even through he's ineligible for the 2028 NBA draft due to his young age.

Centers are the most expensive position in college basketball and for good reason, you need a big who can win on the offensive glass and protect the rim. Touray has the measurables and physicality to do both of those things at the high major level and his addition to Prolific Prep adds to their depth of size and talent. Touray is one of the biggest players in the country from the class of 2028 but can really move his feet on the perimeter. Playing for one of the top Puma programs, Touray will be a featured prospect on the circuit if he stays with Tre Mann Elite.

One of the more unique prospects in the class nationally, Berrouet has just simply dominated the competition among multiple settings and his production cannot be questioned. A skilled forward, Berrouet has a power frame that wants to post you up and score through the teeth of the defense. Berrouet was dominant for Latvia this summer, winning the FIBA 16 U Eurobasket MVP and leading Latvia to their first gold medal in the competition. Berrouet has also been a standout at Team USA minicamps as well, showing his diverse offensive skillset as a forward who can play with the ball in his hands and initiate offense. One of my favorite players to watch in the class, Berrouet has continued to climb in other national rankings as he's 4th on ESPN and 7th on Rivals at the moment.

One of the youngest players in the 2028 class, Hiller played up at the 17 U level on the EYBL circuit and showed off his impressive scoring ability.
