The New Class AA Coaches and the Player they will help

Originally from Missouri where he was a high school standout, Cornelius Hollingsworth has been an assistant in recent years at Anoka before taking over the Humboldt head job. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Alabi was an all league player last year that averaged 15.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and roughly two steals per game. Karl has spent the past five seasons coaching at Spring Lake Park and now he becomes the head man for the first team ever, and its at St. Croix Prep. Coach Haynus has two double figure scorers back including their leading scorer....</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2708051' first='Ali' last='Akram']. Ali is a 6'1 guard that averaged over 15 points a game as a junior. Ali can play both guard spots, and he turned his game up to a much higher level later in the year with double figures in nine of his last ten games. Ian is a former player for Northwestern (MN) and he's been coaching in the metro for the past four years. Mahler has been at Concordia Academy and the Skyhawks Sports Academy before taking the Bulls job. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3763485' first='Benett' last='Davis'] is a 6'3 forward that scored about 15-16 points a game last season as a junior. Davis had a 28 point game against Nova Classical last year. Williams also spent some time coaching with Minneapolis South in the past. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2821845' first='Malik' last='Martin'] is the number one sophomore in the state of Minnesota and one of the several big name transfers that is now at Minneapolis North. Johnson is a former Minnesota Gopher who was an assistant at Eden Prairie before doing a great job at North St. Paul as the head coach. Johnson did a solid job at BSM as well before being let go as (the new assistant athletic director took over the job in what was a pretty odd deal). And speaking of very odd situations, Blake fired a great coach in Tyler Biwan after he took them to state, and then Johnson took the job after he was oddly let go from NSP. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>White is the top returning scorer for Blake after putting up just about ten points a game last season as a freshman. Gransee is a former St. Charles player and he had been coaching at St. Charles as the junior varsity head coach. Jordan Cresap. Jordan has been a teacher and the girls basketball coach at Wadena-Deer Creek for eight years and now he moves over and takes over the boys basketball coaching job. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kreklau is a 6'3, 190 pound forward that scored 12 points a game last season and should be one of the top returning players for this team and the league. Dan Fredrickson. The former Cleveland coach is now the leader of the Giants! Dan did a nice job with the Clippers for a long time and now he has a senior group at LH that is very good. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2837035' first='Will' last='Adams'] gets overshadowed some by the very talented Vinkemeier but Will is a 15 point per game scorer with four rebounds and a couple assists a game. Jason Bonde. Bonde led the Rochester Community College Yellowjackets to an incredible 112–17 overall record and a dominant 55–3 record in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) over the past seven years and now he takes over Lake City. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gavyn is a big number producing talent that will play for Minnesota-Duluth in the future. Gavyn handles, scores nearly 30 a game at times, has double figure boards and does a lot of everything.
