South Carolina's 2027 Class is Point Guard-heavy, but Levon looked like one of the best of them at The Expo: Carolinas. Sean is one to watch because of his combination of shooting and athleticism. He has grown to 6'4" and consistently added things to his game. Chase's ability to do a little bit of everything will be very important around a deep and talented Westwood squad. He is back at Westside High School after a year out of state, so it was great to see the progression he made going into a crucial senior year. Godsun is an excellent perimeter shooter both off the dribble and off the catch, but he also shined in attack mode from the wings and corners. Braxton is a solid three-level scorer who is at his best attacking the rim off the dribble. On a team with some very strong guards, I always found my eyes being drawn to what Lambert was doing with the ball. He was so effective because he took whatever the defense gave him on every possession, and never seemed rushed despite playing at a high level of pace. His positional size always allows him to have success scoring and facilitating from the paint, but he also shot the ball well for someone who hasn't played much basketball over the last few months. Between the June scholastic period and camp season, I've seen him play some solid basketball and stand out on multiple occasions.
