Anjorin was one of the more impressive guards from the Anne Arundel County program as he brings a good blend of athleticism, strength and IQ as a lead guard. Some of the shots that he settled for were tough, but Taylor relied on a quick step-back to gain some space from his defender time and time again where he knocked down a few from the wings or baseline. Playing in the open floor was when Makinde was at his best as the quick, strong combo guard can attack the rim and take on contact while maintaining body control in the air. In most cases, he actually used the bump to benefit his angle, but when he was by himself, he showed off the bunnies at the rim. Keeping things simple is the name of the game for the raw, but improving forward who has some capability away from the basket as he knocked down a few jumpers both off the catch and off his own creation. Obviously belonging to the 2030 class made him one of the younger prospects in attendance, but even in this instance, Anderson made his share of shots off the catch when you combine his time from the 3v3 and 5v5 portion. His ability to beat his man off the bounce and break the defense down was evident in 3v3 play where he had significant room to operate. Slated to be an important piece to the puzzle for St. Charles as a junior, Islar's shotmaking will be critical to his role and team's success. Defensively, he's always looking to stab at the ball whether he's on or off it. A lanky guard with decent burst out of his hesitations, Rodriguez can knock down pull-ups with efficiency going left.
