Expert Analysis
Colby Giacubeno | Prep Hoops Scout
Taylor was aggressive with the trigger and didn’t need much time or space to get his shot off from three or mid-range. Some of the shots that he settled for were tough, but Taylor relied on a quick step-back to gain some space from his defender time and time again where he knocked down a few from the wings or baseline. More of a big bodied guard, the plus with Taylor is that when he doesn’t have a clean look and gets into a bind trying to beat his man off the bounce, he typically can take advantage with his frame in the mid-post and force his defender to foul him.
