Two weeks removed from the Freshman Showcase at Supreme Courts in Aurora, we're further looking at the 2030 class and some of the prospects who caught our attention. The event brought together plenty of new faces, giving players an early opportunity to make an impression and show where their games are at heading into the high school season. With plenty of development still ahead, there were several names who showed traits worth monitoring. We started with Team 3 and now we're taking a closer look at the prospects from Team 4.

Incoming freshman who showed a nice blend of burst, downhill ability, and playmaking feel. Simmons consistently looked to attack off the bounce and put pressure on the rim, showing the ability to create contact and get to the free-throw line. Also showed good vision as a passer, finding cutters and making plays for teammates in transition. Liked how well he shared the ball and played for others, while also showing some activity defensively and on the glass. A young guard with a lot to like as he heads into high school.

6'0" Nelson going to Homewood-Flossmoor this year, made his biggest impact defensively, playing with good activity and a effort to pressure the ball.
Youngest player at the event, Rader competed up at the freshman level and showed he could hold his own against older competition. Liked his competitiveness and quickness defensively, along with a promising foundation as a ball handler. He played with confidence under pressure and showed some upside as a perimeter shooter. For a 2032 playing up, there's plenty to like and he's a name worth monitoring as he continues to develop.
