He started to heat up from beyond the arc and drained a few triples. He's also been showing more downhill ability and got to the basket on a number of occasions. In addition to his scoring, Hines made some good passes and continued to hustle on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='2471021' first='Jacory' last='Boyce'] was getting it done on both ends for Las Vegas. Defensively, he utilized his anticipation skills to get into passing lanes, and he also came up with a nice block. On offense, he had defenders on skates, and it wasn't easy for anyone to keep him from finishing at the rack. Boyce also stepped up in the clutch, driving to the basket with just seconds remaining. While he didn't make the shot, he drew the foul and went to the charity stripe, where he knocked down what turned out to be the game-winning free throw. Overall, it was a quality performance from Boyce in a very entertaining game.

Joseph Dominguez came up huge for the Wildcats down the stretch. With his team trailing by one and about 30 seconds remaining, he found himself open from three-point land, pulled the trigger, and cashed in on a clutch triple. It was a pivotal shot that helped put the Wildcats in position to secure the win. Dominguez was also flying around on defense, contesting shots and making life difficult for his matchup. He made his presence felt when it mattered most.

LaMarcus Carter delivered an impressive performance for the Pirates. He used his handles and crafty maneuvers to weave his way around the defense, while also displaying his soft touch to convert some difficult looks around the basket. Carter worked hard on the defensive end as well, creating deflections and coming up with steals. Look for him to continue making noise with his new squad.

[player_tooltip player_id='2723600' first='MJ' last='Tucker'] scored in a variety of ways for Pinecrest. He slithered through the defense and got plenty of paint touches. While also connecting on shots from the perimeter. I liked how he took what the defense gave him. Tucker also made some plays in transition, and he looks like he'll have big junior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2819186' first='Jaydn' last='Sherman'] was a sniper for the Pirates in their narrow loss to the Wildcats. He capitalized on a good amount of his opportunities and made the Wildcats pay whenever they gave him enough time and space to get his shot off. I hadn't seen Sherman shoot the ball quite that well before, but I liked what I saw from him
