Fall League: Sunday’s Workhorses

These 5 prospects were the engines that kept their respective teams going on Sunday.

[player_tooltip player_id='2288366' first='Jordyn' last='Perdue'] did it all for the Longhorns on Sunday. He applied consistent pressure on defense and rarely gave his matchup room to breathe. On offense, he knocked down jumpers and threes while attacking the rack. His relentless effort played a big part in the win over Mojave, and I liked how he competed. He's certainly been living in the lab recently.

[player_tooltip player_id='1945831' first='Ty'jir' last='Broxie'] made his presence felt on Sunday with his size, scoring ability, and determination. He consistently found space in the paint and capitalized on most of his scoring chances. He also threw down a tough putback dunk that was waved off because the shooter had been fouled, but it was still great to see. Expect him to keep it up at the Border League this weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2883883' first='Caleb' last='Camarillo'] plays with real hunger every time he steps on the court. On offense, he punches the gas in transition and attacks the hoop in half court sets. He absorbs contact well and shows good touch on shots around the rim. Defensively, he flies around, gets his hands on passes, and comes up with steals. Don't be surprised if he moves up the rankings soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='2919445' first='Eli' last='Powell'] hustled to make winning plays for the Panthers on Sunday. He stayed locked in on both ends, helping his team get key defensive stops down the stretch while showing good awareness on offense. His energy and focus truly stood out when the game was on the line.

[player_tooltip player_id='2895483' first='Ean' last='Britt'] used his high-level athleticism to make a big impact for the Cougars in their win over the Knights. He's tough to slow down, and his vertical pop helps him finish above the rim. His athleticism showed up on defense, too. With his upside, he could draw college interest in the coming months.
