CSM Fall Shootout Early Games Saturday Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>September 19-20 PH NorCal was at the College of San Mateo Shootout for our first Fall Ball High School Event. Approximately 30 teams participated. Fall Ball usually starts in September, high school teammates play together under an assumed name to prepare for the upcoming regular season beginning in November. (Club Basketball). He has the ball often, looking to penetrate the paint, pull up off the dribble, or drop open 3's from the top when he's not looking to involve his teammates with good passing. Though he's still sharpening his skill set, and strengthening his body. He looks ready to take the next step. He has the tools to produce points, rebounds, and assists. He's willing to mix it up inside. Handles, court vision, good ball movement around the perimeter, with long passes up court. His role is a bit different from last season. He's assertive, and becoming efficient knocking down mid-range jump shots, had strong drives to the basket taking on the contact to finish in the paint or kicking it out finding open mates. He gets aggressive off ball looking to put points on the boards. He's attacking the basket, finishing from different spots, gets good lift on the mid-range, has a 3 pointer that's going in more often than not. He's squaring up with form around the perimeter, or coming down in rhythm. He's a ball mover along the perimeter, shot ready to generate buckets squaring up for open 3's, or moving to different spots using the dribble for short jumpers.
