With 211 players, there are bound to be some newcomers.

There were 22 new players this year and

Here are the 6 newcomer Guards since March:

[player_tooltip player_id='3671769' first='Ruan' last='Kennedy'] Dream City Christian

One of the most intriguing newcomers in the class. He has a stronger frame with an elite feel for the game and a next level pinpoint passer. He is also an incredible rebounder and he can score it with tough downhill takes and threes off the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='3671762' first='Kaleb' last='Banefield'] Bella Vista Prep

A bigger scoring guard with good length, skill and some athleticism. He can score it with downhill drives using his size and handle, score it in transition above the rim and shoot it from deep with threes off the catch. He rebounds well with his size and bounce.

[player_tooltip player_id='3662716' first='Sakai' last='Givens'] Chandler

A strong framed scoring guard has some toughness, girth and skill. He will defend on the perimeter with his stocky frame and length and quicker feet plus score. He will knock down triples off the catch or pull and gets downhill with his strength and burst.

[player_tooltip player_id='3726197' first='Brody' last='Pendleton'] Coronado (Pictured)

One of the pleasant surprises at the Southwest Basketball Camp was Brody. He has a smooth and fluid handle and can get to almost any spot on the floor he wants to. He has advanced court vision and will score it with downhill quick bursts and perimeter jumpers from both levels.

[player_tooltip player_id='3662767' first='Michael' last='Parra'] McClintock

A long and leaner guard who can play some on or off the ball. He can make plays with nice court vision and good timing plus score it. He will shoot it with mid-range pull-ups and threes off the catch. He uses his length and lateral quickness to play the passing lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id='3046022' first='Carmine' last='Flores'] Westview

A throwback pure point guard has a tight handle with speed and he can score. He may be undersized but he is typically one of the tougher players on the court. He advance passes, drives and kicks and will throw in some needle threaders in traffic. He can score it with mid-range pull-ups.

[player_tooltip player_id='3640757' first='Ren' last='Tomzuka'] Salpointe Catholic

A sharp shooting combo guard can be a potential 3 and D type down the road. He will move without the ball and seems to always be shot ready and will catch and shoot it from the three point line. He can also rip thru to score and make plays. He shows good positional defense and collects steals.

With 211 players, there are bound to be some newcomers.
