Pendleton was easily one of the top breakout players of the event. The 2029 guard played very mature for his age and played with great confidence. A sharpshooter from beyond the arc. Solid handle with good speed and footwork  when he attacks the lane. Pesky defender who didn’t back away from any opponent. Extremely coachable and listened to instruction. Plays with a strong motor.

At only 5’9, Brody could do it all at the PG position. Lasering in fast break passes from half court, driving in and kicking out to find the open man, hitting multiple threes, scoring up top and in the paint as well. His vision at that size is impressive, and he can lace a ball to a teammate even if he’s covered. For a smaller guard he has incredible body control and balance, still getting to the rim and finishing through contact.
