And because Jayden hurt his knee we have barely seen him play the past 12-15 months but he was back on the court this summer starting to look like the promising prospect we all saw as an underclassmen (football as well).

Jayden has the potential to be a versatile, skilled, and long four man that can stretch the floor but also play at the rim. Jayden has been able to use the dribble in the past and finish with touch. His defensive potential is also quite high because of that length and agility.

Gavin scored just under ten points a game last winter for a Blaine team that went to state and then he had a really good season for [program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans'] Johnson at 17u.

Gavin really stepped up in the summer with games of 20 points and eight boards, a 27 point game, and then at the Pacesetter camp Olson was one of the best players there averaging 18 points and 15 boards across the three games. Olson has recently visited Northwestern-St. Paul and Crown College. A 6'6, 190 pound four man that we think will have a big year for Blaine who is trying to return to state.

I'm doubling down on the fact that Big John is about to have a fantastic senior season for Hill-Murray. Loved what we saw from John playing with the Heat this year using his strength and activity to get double-double numbers.

There are a lot of frontcourt players that involve too much nonsense in their games these days but John is that worker that uses what he has and gets the most out of it. Loved watching him rim run to finish, rebound in traffic, and compete defensively this summer in 17u. He has a chance to be an All State 17u player in Class AAA.

At 6'6 and 240 pounds Sawyer is a quarterback/football prospect that has a lot of teams interested. We expect the powerful frontcourt four/five to play college football but we need to make it clear, when you hear about double-doubles coming routinely from a Hermantown player, it's Sawyer. Last year Senst averaged nearly 16 points and 8.2 boards a game and those numbers are going to grow his senior season. Good hands, good feet, and always on balance using that power, Sawyer could have a huge number senior season.

A player that really caught my eye last winter was 6'6, 210 pound power forward [player_tooltip player_id='3599737' first='Wyatt' last='Tverstol']. On a team of guard scorers I thought Wyatt did a great job playing his role screening, defending, rebounding, and cutting to the rim for paint finishes. I saw him score 14 points with nine boards and I know he was a three/four basket a game guy last season playing with future D2 guys, but the potential is there for a really nice senior season.

Wyatt is more of a baseball recruit appears as a 6'6 pitcher striking everybody out, but has the potential to be a good basketball player, and maybe prospect as well.

Eddie can shoot it and he is a good, intense defender. At 6'5 he can likely play some small forward but with the Heat this season, Eddie was on the floor as a stretch four, and at times as a three and D guy as he becomes a better shooter. Love him setting ball screens for quick guards and Eddie does a really nice job going to the rim to finish after the screen. I think a big year is ahead for Eddie at Hopkins as they put returning players with quality transfers, and Eddie is ball screening for so many talented playmakers.

In [player_tooltip player_id='2985466' first='Gavin' last='Willeck'] we might have our sleeper of all sleepers.

This 6'6 three sport athlete will be a five year starter for South Ridge who won 20 games last season. Gavin has averaged a double-double the last two years scoring just under 20 points a game the last two years.

He isn't just a bigger player running around with smalls in Class A, this is a quick off his feet player that has a nice highlight reel of explosive finishes that moves really well. Defensively he is the biggest pest in Class A because he moves well and gets his length to everything.
