Here is a closer look at some of the newcomers making their debut in our updated rankings.    Franklin makes the move to The Potomac School and has reclassified to the 2028 class. He is a skilled wing with good positional size and strength who has established himself as an efficient perimeter shot maker. Franklin can also create his own offense off the dribble and plays with a good feel for the game. Already reporting multiple mid-major offers, he is an intriguing addition to a talented 2028 class.     The Texas native is an athletic scoring guard with good strength and impressive ball skills. Clark is at his best getting downhill off the dribble, where he consistently puts pressure on the defense and creates opportunities in the paint. He also sees the floor well and has the playmaking ability to find open teammates when the defense collapses. Clark reports plenty of Division I offers and interest and brings an intriguing combination of athleticism, strength and offensive versatility to the backcourtgor Gillion Academy.     The talented, dynamic point guard arrives at Bishop Ireton for his junior season after an impressive July with DC Assault. Rich has above average quickness and impressive ball skills, allowing him to consistently create advantages off the dribble and get into the paint. He is a creative finisher around the basket who changes speeds effectively and does a good job keeping defenders off balance. Rich also understands how to operate out of ball screen situations, where he can create scoring opportunities for himself or for teammates.     Suttle is a mobile, athletic big man who arrives at Hargrave for his junior season with plenty of long-term upside. He changes ends of the floor with ease and has good hands and touch around the basket, allowing him to finish effectively in the paint. Suttle also shows flashes of developing perimeter skill, adding another intriguing element to his offensive game. His combination of size, mobility, athleticism and emerging skill makes him a frontcourt prospect with plenty of potential.     A reclass into the current junior class, Johnson averaged 15.3 points and 8.5 rebounds per game for [program_tooltip program_id='3424568' first='Team' last='Loaded Gold'] during July. He is a strong, versatile forward who uses his physicality and above average athleticism to finish effectively around the basket. Johnson is also a capable shot maker when given open looks, adding another dimension to his offensive game. He brings consistent production to the glass and uses his strength and activity to rebound effectively on both ends of the floor.
