Marian University Elite Camp – Additional Standouts/Stock-Risers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Hoops Indiana was invited to attend the Marian University Elite Camp on Saturday to evaluate the nearly 100 prospects in attendance. There were players from the classes of 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 from a handful of states around the region. Logan Greenwell and I divided and conquered in order to see as many prospects in action as possible. The 5'11" playmaker was able to consistently break his matchup down off of the dribble, attack the basket, and finish at the end of his drives in a variety of athletic and creative ways. The 5'11" rising sophomore guard from Mooresville High School filled it up from the perimeter showcasing the ability to create his own shot as a primary ball handler or space the floor away from the ball as a catch-and-shoot threat. He was very comfortable as a primary ball handler, looked confident as a playmaker for his teammates, and converted scoring opportunities when they present themselves. The 5'8" left-handed point guard is very confident and aggressive with the ball in his hands. He is a good three-point shooter, shifty enough off of the bounce to create separation, and is a creative finisher against size at the end of his drives. The length and upside are pretty obvious. He used his 6'7" frame and long arms to block several shots and bother others throughout the event. Offensively he drove it right from the elbows and finished at the rim consistently. We can definitely see the upside potential that this rising junior center from Salem High School possesses. Noble has excellent positional size and is an outstanding passer. Look for him to have a big junior season for Floyd Central who could sneak up on some people down south. Then, Owen started to showcase a well-rounded skill set that included utilizing his physicality to score inside along with his skill to stretch the floor out to the perimeter. He looked good as a potential pick-and-pop 4-man that also isn't adverse to contact around the basket or when battling on the glass.
