He will score it with threes off the catch, mid-range jumpers, euro moves with better fluidity then a year ago, drop step moves with real patience using his left or right hand. He holds his ground well in the paint and rebounds at a high clip in his area. He also passes the ball well out of the post.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#23</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2513390' first='Barron' last='Rygiel'] <strong>Boulder Creek</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A power forward who is one of the more instinctual rebounders in 6A and in the AIA. He throws his live body and size around to corral the board off the glass and gives high effort. He leaps up well but also just has a knack for jumping two or threes times before someone jumps. He scores it with occasional perimeter jumpers and layups, hook shots around the basket, fall aways from the post, rolls to the basket and reverse layups. &nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#4 </strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2292816' first='Luke' last='Galvanoni'] <strong>Mesquite</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A jack of all trades plays and defends a few positions. He will defend using his lateral quickness and very long arms. He is a good passer and thinks the game. He will score with runners, floaters, backdoor layups, dunks, boxing out well and scoring on put backs, threes and even hook shots with a nice inside and out threat. He covered up many holes on this team.  <strong> </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#24</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1956217' first='PJ' last='Nowlin Jr'] <strong>Canyon View</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A bigger guard smartly plays off of the pick and roll game with an advanced feel for the game. He will throw passes up the court in stride to teammates and will score. He will post up, score with offensive rebound put backs, dribble drive thru contact with and-1's and rattle in threes with a quicker trigger. He also will defend almost every position on the floor.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#21</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2194808' first='Carter' last='Bagley'] <strong>Sunnyslope</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A strong framed scoring guard with real feel. He makes the smart read and will throw the extra pass. He will score it with catch threes, off the dribble threes, post ups inside and will score thru the heavy traffic with his college like frame. One thing that stood out is not only does he talk on defense but that he is a natural leader of men.&nbsp;He unfortunately got injured and we wish him a speedy recovery. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#11</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1986833' first='Noah' last='McKinney']<strong> Pusch Ridge</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A tough guard who is one of the more intense players on the team. He will run through a wall, dive on the floor, grab a true 50/50 ball, get an extra rebound he should not get and defend with a motor. He will also score it with runners, downhill quick deceptive drives with contact, threes off the catch and mid-range jumpers off the pull. He plays really hard and looks better next to better players.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#1</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2133646' first='Myles' last='Godfrey'] <strong>Cactus Shadows</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the top point guards showed why he is a D1 PG. He plays at an elite pace to the game and is always in control with the ball in his left or right hand. He may be lean but has the burst, the speed and changes speeds at a high level. He makes every read with needle threaders on the norm but can also score it from all levels. He plays off of two-feet and has a polished mid-range pull-up after he creates separation, use the floater, hit the three off the catch or pull and score with nice body control. His on-ball defense stood out with being a complete pest on defense using advanced instincts and super quick hands. He had a London Showcase record of 12 steals.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>#12</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1873684' first='Tyson' last='Crandall'] <strong>Highland</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A top end scoring lead guard is becoming a better true point guard with some nice passes thru traffic but he is definitely wired to score. He started the week off with 34 big points showing that he is one of the best pure shot makers from all angles in the state. Mid-range pull-ups, fall aways, floaters, he is shifty to gain separation and is deceptively quick to get downhill. He is also constantly moving without the ball to get open. He separates himself from many with his pure range on his threes. &nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
