July AAU Recap - Top Performers (II)

<p>To recap July, here are some of the top AAU performers from Oregon. Included in the write-ups are highlight videos from a specific tournament, attached to the player's social media account. We want to spotlight the players whose stock has risen while playing for their respective club teams, as well as some fresh faces who could make an impact this coming winter for their high schools.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">At the P32 tournament in St. Louis, Treyson with Perseverance Pirates showcased his athleticism and versatility on both ends of the floor. He consistently played above the rim, using his length and instincts to make an impact on the glass. A high-motor forward, he runs the floor well in transition, embraces physicality, and finishes through contact. His effort level and toughness stood out throughout the tournament, and his willingness to do the dirty work made him a valuable presence every time he stepped on the court.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/TreysonHill31/status/2076434847061475607?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">At the MADE Hoops Live event in Las Vegas, Logan displayed his ability as a skilled combo guard who can both facilitate and score. He proved to be a capable perimeter shooter, consistently knocking down shots from beyond the arc. Logan played with great pace, found open teammates, and willingly made the extra pass to keep the offense flowing. Defensively, his active hands allowed him to disrupt passing lanes and create turnovers, making an impact on both ends of the floor. Logan will be the lead guard in a strong guard rotation for the Lakeridge Pacers, a team to watch in the TRL. </p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/Logan_BK_/status/2077138077219450928?s=20 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Playing with [program_tooltip program_id='2850997' first='Cascade' last='Kings'] on the RecruitLook circuit, Gabe impressed with his skill set and confidence as a point guard. He handled the ball well, creating space for himself while consistently making the right reads. Gabe shot the ball with confidence from the perimeter and showed the ability to finish with either hand when attacking the basket. His quick first step allowed him to get downhill and put pressure on defenses. He played above the rim, consistently creating second-chance opportunities with his activity on the glass. A smooth, skilled forward, he excelled in the mid-range and around the basket while also showing the ability to step out and knock down shots from beyond the arc.
