1.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2754714' first='Trey' last='Osterhaus'] (Carlisle) -- 24.2 points per game

Osterhaus has firmly established himself as one of the state's elite offensive weapons, coming off a season in which he put up more than 24 points per game. He's a streaky, but capable, 3-point shooter, but he's at his best when he's using his pace and strength to get to his spots within the mid-range, where he's nearly automatic.

2.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2231637' first='Lincoln' last='Norris'] (Knoxville) -- 22.8

Arguably the best pure shooter in the state, nobody made more 3-pointers last season (114) than Norris. He's capable of getting scorching hot and burying double-digit 3s in any given game, and the threat of his jumper opens up the rest of his offensive arsenal, which showed marked improvement in his junior year, in particular the ability to play downhill off the bounce.

3.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2754704' first='Nathan' last='Manske'] (Algona) -- 20.3

Manske is a strong, physical, and athletic 6-2 wing who can score inside and out, and he stuffs the stat sheet on a nightly basis. He averaged 7.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.5 steals on 53-33-70 shooting splits as a junior.

4.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2481793' first='Rhett' last='Driskell'] (Creston) -- 20.1

A skilled 6-3 wing who can score from all three levels, Driskell had a really impressive junior year for the Panthers, posting 46-37-77 shooting splits and pulling down 7.1 rebounds per game to go with his lofty scoring output. He was the only Panther to average more than 5.4 points per game last season, and when you take that into consideration, his efficiency numbers become even more impressive.

5.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2906415' first='Beckett' last='Boeset'] (Clear Creek Amana) -- 19.3

Boeset is a shifty, creative 6-3 guard who plays with pace, handles it well, and uses his physicality to finish around the rim at a high level. He's a highly efficient three-level scoring threat, posting 48-41-78 shooting splits during his breakout junior year, and he proved that he's not just a scorer, pulling down 6.8 rebounds, dishing 3.3 assists, and snatching 2.1 steals per game, to boot.

6.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2530471' first='Tate' last='McCollum'] (Solon) -- 18.9

The son of Iowa head coach Ben McCollum made a huge impact on the Spartans in his first year in Solon, leading the team in scoring, leading them to the 3A state tournament, and showcasing his dynamic three-level scoring chops throughout his junior year. He's a high-level ball-handler and shot creator with an extremely quick trigger on his jumper, especially off the dribble. He creates his own shot about as well as any player in the class.

7.) 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='2772340' first='Kylen' last='Vander Schaaf'] (Sergeant Bluff-Luton) -- 18.4

Vander Schaaf had a fantastic sophomore season for the Warriors, leading the team in scoring, assists (5.1), and steals (2.6) with really impressive shooting splits of 51-44-80. He's a highly skilled guard who shoots it at a high clip off both the dribble and the catch, but his offensive arsenal is not limited to just shooting it.

8.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2419714' first='Evan' last='Abbott'] (Ballard) -- 18.3

Abbott's junior year following his transfer from Ankeny Centennial was pretty successful. He led the Bombers in scoring, put up great efficiency numbers (53-37-75), and oh yeah, led the school to their first ever state title. With four of their top six scorers graduating, he'll be asked to shoulder an even heavier scoring load in his senior year, something he looks capable of doing. He gets to his preferred spots about as well as anyone in the class and uses his great footwork, strong frame, and advanced shotmaking to do whatever he wants on the offensive end.

9.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2906425' first='Isaac' last='Fandeh'] (Hoover) -- 17.9

Fandeh is a bouncy 6-4 forward who does a large majority of his damage around the rim, taking advantage of his size and athleticism to finish at the bucket with authority. He's strong on the offensive glass and powers through contact in the paint.

10.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2906403' first='Braedon' last='Perez-Hietbrink'] (Sioux Center) -- 17.6

A 6-1 guard who showed that he can play with or without the ball in his hands throughout his junior campaign, Perez-Hietbrink led the Warriors in scoring, assists (2.6) and steals (1.9). He's a solid perimeter shooting threat, but is at his best when he's attacking the rim and getting to his spots in the mid-range.
