1.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2146241' first='Creighton' last='Wirth'] (Forest City) -- 72/152 (47.4%)

Wirth is a true sharpshooter who shot it at a significantly higher percentage from the 3-pint line as a junior (47.4%) than he did inside the arc (41.4%). His 13.5 point average led the Indians, and he knocked down more than three 3-pointers a night.

2.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2419800' first='Tyce' last='Van Donge'] (Unity Christian) -- 25/55 (45.5%)

Arguably the best player in the class, Van Donge led the Knights to a state title last season and averaged 15.1 points, 8.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.6 steals per game with highly impressive shooting splits that included shooting above 45% from the 3-point line. With his size and mobility at 6-4, he's a matchup nightmare with his ability to handle it, create shots, and bury open looks from distance.

3.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2420798' first='Griffin' last='Glynn'] (Kuemper Catholic) -- 52/121 (43.0%)

Glynn enjoyed a breakout junior year for the team that spent a good chunk of the season ranked #1 in the class, with his play really taking off after Brock Badding went down to injury. He's a highly skilled shotmaker who shoots it at a really high level off both the dribble and the catch, and he's one of the best contested shooters in the state, seemingly just as comfortable shooting with a hand in his face as he is with six feet of space.

4.) 2029 [player_tooltip player_id='2934540' first='Drake' last='Elliott'] (Pleasantville) -- 76/177 (42.9%)

Elliott's 76 made 3-pointers are third in Class 2A among returnees, and he was the most accurate of those gunners, burying just under 43% of his attempts as a freshman. He's small, listed at 5-9 during his debut campaign, but he's quick, handles it well, has good footwork to create some extra space, and has a really quick trigger that makes it tough to contest his shot.

5.) 2029 Peyton McNamara (MVAOCOU) -- 29/68 (42.6%)

Another big-time shooter who contributed in a major way as a freshman, McNamara averaged 6.5 points and knocked down a team-high 29 3-pointers in his debut season for the Rams.

6.) 2027 Landon Chipp (Chariton) -- 21/50 (42.0%)

Chipp just hit the 50 attempt threshold, so his sample size is the most limited of the players on this list, but 42% is 42%, and he'll have more opportunity to prove himself as a legitimate shooter during his senior season for the Chargers.

7.) 2027 McGavin Smith (West Branch) -- 35/84 (41.7%)

Smith is a 6-1 off-ball guard who came off the bench to provide the Bears with some real scoring punch, averaging 5.6 points per game. He's a 3-point shooting specialist, with over 82% of his shot attempts last season coming from distance.

8.) 2028 Trindon Phipps (Pleasantville) -- 66/160 (41.2%)

Phipps pairs with Elliott and Cash Klootwyk to give the Trojans a dynamic trio of shooting threats. His 66 made 3-pointers last season would have led a bunch of teams in the class. He's another 3-point shooting specialist who saw 84% of his shot attempts come from behind the line.

9.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2729418' first='Jackson' last='Joerger'] (Denver) -- 23/56 (41.1%)

Joerger is a versatile 6-2 wing who averaged 17 points per game on 54-41-68 shooting splits as a junior, emerging as one of the best, most efficient, and versatile scorers in the class.

10.) 2027 Blake Delagardelle (Hudson) -- 58/142 (40.8%)

Delagardelle averaged nearly 2.5 made 3-pointers per game as a junior for the Pirates, helping provide some much needed spacing for star forward [player_tooltip player_id='2772327' first='Tade' last='Roberts']. He shoots it really, really well off the catch, getting his feet set and ready to fire immediately.
