[player_tooltip player_id='2812155' first='Mason' last='Robles']' offseason development may help push Desert Pines over the top for the 2026-27 season. He does a lot of things well, especially on offense, where he's a threat on the perimeter and in transition. Robles can score in bunches if you let him get going, and his confidence tends to soar once he's knocked down a few shots. Beyond his ability to get a bucket, Robles will be tasked with covering both guards and forwards on the defensive end.

I was a big fan of how [player_tooltip player_id='3558125' first='Ridge' last='Tandy'] performed throughout the spring and summer. He isn't the type of guy who waits around, and he'll assert himself anytime he has a good opportunity to score or grab a rebound. His aggressive play style makes him tough to contain, and defenders need to account for him at all times. Tandy is a workhorse on defense too, where he routinely contests and alters shots. Plus, he can create turnovers with his size and length. Overall, I think he's due for a very productive season with the Falcons.

Coronado SF [player_tooltip player_id='2407333' first='Cooper' last='Stahl'] has the potential to break out thanks to his long-range accuracy, length, and effort. He floats around off the ball behind the 3-point line and will bury catch-and-shoot opportunities when he gets a clean look. Stahl also hustles to grab offensive rebounds and will go right back up to score second-chance points. On the other end of the court, Stahl utilizes his wingspan to his advantage, closing out on shooters and getting into passing lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2640643' first='Rashad' last='Moore'] has shown flashes of his versatility during his HS career, but could this be the year he takes things to the next level? Based on what I saw over the spring and summer, there's a decent chance it all starts to come together for him. He seems to have expanded his range, and his 3-point shot looks fairly smooth. He can also do damage inside when he gains inside position, and he uses his frame to post up opponents.

[player_tooltip player_id='3666853' first='Johnny' last='Negasi'] is a guy who knows how to make himself available. He finds space around the rim, and is a great drop off option both in half court sets and in transition. His finishing ability is another top attribute of his, and he does a nice job of keeping his eyes on the cup when defenders close in on him. Defensively, Negasi stays active with his hands and he'll fight for rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='3558088' first='Igniz' last='Segovia-Gonzalez'] is a tough two way small forward who uses his IQ to make an impact. On offense, he makes strong moves to score and will also make the extra pass. On defense, Segovia-Gonzalez utilizes his awareness and wingspan to be disruptive. Considering his blend of skill and athleticism, he could be a stock riser soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='3173760' first='Jace' last='Tretton'] is a Northern Nevada SF who has been flying under the radar a bit. But that could change in the coming months. He stands at about 6'4" and leverages his size to connect on a majority of his close-range shots. He also knocks down triples every so often and can get to the line. Playing next to Zac Jahreis, Tretton forms a very formidable forward duo that should be able to help the Tigers win some games this year.
