This weekend at the Power 24 camp in Atlanta. Hundreds of teams showed up, and many players showed out. With so many players, expect many articles about this camp this week. Out of all these teams, nothing stood out more than the number of high-scoring guards in attendance. With that being said, let's jump right into this.

Anytime you see an athletic 6'5 point guard, it catches your eye. Using his size and speed, Wright is able to impact every aspect of the game. Offensively, he's a pass-first guard who has a knack for finding cutting teammates. Wright utilizes his length at the rim and is able to elevate over defenders. Though 6'5, he has great athleticism and can truly guard one through three at the next level. Though a little raw, the potential is through the roof. If he can continue to improve his already good shot and continue refining his overall game, it goes without saying he's an intriguing prospect going into his senior year.

Jackson has a high release on his shot, making it a hard shot to defend. He was able to hit shots from the perimeter, off the dribble, and over defenders. In what maybe was the most impressive part of his game was his ability to drive to the basket. Holwerda is a crafty finisher, making spin layups and up-and-unders. One particular moment that stood out was on the fast break against NM Onsite. Jackson got loose on the fast break and made an impressive double clutch layup over 2 defenders for the and 1.

Similar to his teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2733891' first='Michael' last='Wright'] for Gold Elite OTR, Thomas is a 6'5 guard who can do everything on the court. His offensive game is what made him the most eye-catching player on the court, though. Having a guard skill set, Thomas still plays a lot in the high post area. This is where he showcased a high level of shot-creating ability. Thomas hit multiple step-backs and fadeaway shots. With his elevation and his size, it was almost impossible to guard. Zion showed impressive athleticism, with a standing dunk put-back against Team Swain. Going into his senior year, it would come as a major surprise if he doesn't climb the rankings in Georgia.

The point guard plays well through the offense, hurting opposing defenses off set plays. Hernandez was lethal in the pick-and-roll this weekend. Coming off the screen, he made many impressive passes to rolling defenders. Jaedyn showed a good IQ, knowing when to lob over the defense and when to make a crisp bounce pass. What really made his two-man game hard to stop was his shot. Off the screen, the lefty rose up over defenders, drilling shots at an efficient rate.

High School - Perry Georgia

Club - [program_tooltip program_id='2076900' first='Warner' last='Robins All-Stars']

[player_tooltip player_id='3699156' first='Kam' last='Thomas'] was a great 2-way playmaker for Warner Robbins this weekend. Thomas, being the engine of the offense, was able to create for others off the drive and out of a half-court set. When attacking the basket, Thomas made many great dump-off passes to open teammates. One of the main reasons he was able to set up others so effectively was because of his scoring ability. Going for 25, Thomas was a three-level scorer who really got it going from the perimeter. Kam is very shifty and is hard for any opponent to stay in front of him. Once he got past the perimeter defense, he showcased a lot of craftiness around the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='2673527' first='Carmelo' last='Williams'] was one of the more fun watches of the weekend. Elevating well on his jumper, he's able to break down opponents and rise over them. Being a pure iso scorer, he's polished at getting to his spot. With a quick first step, Williams got to the rim and didn't fear contact when attacking. His patience was key when getting to the basket on the drive. Many times, Carmelo let the defender fly by before going up for an easy layup. Against PCH, he was a one-man wrecking crew, impacting the game from every aspect.
