More incoming Sophomores having a great summer

A confident shooter, Guenther has looked smooth both pulling off of the dribble and the catch. There are not too many players that play with the chip on their shoulder that the 6-0 sophomore does. One of the more aggressive players, that I have watched, John excels at getting to the rim, at will, and finishing in a variety of ways while initiating and absorbing contact. What has caught my attention the most is McCormick's awareness of floor spacing and positioning in setting up his defender and getting to his spots. The emerging Appleton North big man plays physical defense, both in the post, and, on the perimeter, showing the lateral quickness to stay with smaller, quicker players. Offensively Tomori has impressed on the glass as well as with an expanding repertoire of moves including an improving 19-22 foot jumper. Tomori has a very high ceiling and should make an impact for Lightning team gutted by graduations.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
