EYBL/EYCL SG standouts

He can play on the ball with the bigger guard position or on the wing. He is a natural downhill attacker but he can also hit the three. He will score thru the contact with some and-1's with an elusive handle and shows upside.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2249943' first='Lleyton' last='Leonard'] Basha (Oakland Soldiers 16 EYBL)&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A versatile bigger guard who defends every position and rebounds at a high level with his twitch, length and supreme athleticism. He scores with perimeter jumpers, rip thrus and thunderous dunks in traffic. He had arguably the best poster dunk of anyone in the 16U division on a top-10 player in the country. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3460591' first='Corey' last='Roberts'] Bella Vista Prep ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] 15)&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He is a natural slasher with a quick first step and a more than capable three point shooter. His perimeter shooting is looking a little better and better. His defense truly stands out with quick hands and feet to collect steals, rebound and block shots. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2146268' first='Brock' last='Knee'] Arcadia ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] 17)&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A bigger scoring guard is a top notch three point shooter. He was a tad off in the game I viewed but still affected the game with scoring with the floater game and he can shoot it with mid-range jumpers and dribble drives in traffic. He will drive and kick it to a teammate and his on-ball defense is improving. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2639654' first='Kaden' last='Adams'] Higley ([program_tooltip program_id='2076589' first='The' last='City'] 15 EYCL)&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A scoring guard who was playing a lot of the lead role for the California based team. He uses the pick and roll game to his advantage and finds a teammate. He was a little off but he is definitely known for his perimeter shooting with a quicker trigger and cerebral play.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2194806' first='Zen' last='London'] Mountain Pointe ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] 16)&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A thicker framed guard who defends the teams best guard nightly. He has quicker feet and long arms to keep defenders in front of him. He rebounds well and will score it with downhill takes, transition layups and perimeter jumpers.&nbsp;He is a true warrior on both ends of the court.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3166010' first='Bray' last='Gray'] JKP Academy ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] 17)&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A scoring combo guard is playing up and holding his own. He has the skill to score with mid-range jumpers, catch threes and he is very quick to get downhill and earn trips to the free throw line. His IQ and skill truly standout. He made the move to the prep team from Brophy Prep. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2146239' first='Carsyn' last='Dean'] Verrado ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] 17)&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A bigger scoring guard who is a good defender on the ball and he will even block a shot. He scores it every way with dunks on the break, fall aways from his defenders, deep threes off the catch and he can handle it on the ball in a pinch.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2241513' first='Lyris' last='Robinson'] Bella Vista Prep ([program_tooltip program_id='2271105' first='Arizona' last='Unity EYBL'])&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A shooting guard who is pound for pound one of the top rebounders of any guard in all of 17U EYBL. He plays the game with a big time motor to corral out of area boards and will score with put backs, get to the free throw line and hit the three off the catch. He defends multiple positions with his length, size and motor.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
