The Adidas 3SSB Session III event in Bryan, Texas was an eye-opening experience for me. I witnessed the comparison between multiple prospects from across the country in a single gym with eight courts. Many of the talented players I'll discuss in the coming days are really skilled in their own right. In this article, I'll dive into the top prospects I had the opportunity to evaluate during my time in Bryan.

Darius Wabbington is a 5-star recruit that is a very versatile big man for the Compton Magic. He can stretch the floor on the perimeter and likes to shoot mid-range jumpers off his pivot feet with his back to the basket. Defensively, he rebounds well and crashes the glass offensively. He's the primary source of offense for the Compton Magic against the Upward Stars. Wherever he lands in college he will be a key player at that program.

Colton Fowler is a point guard for the Upwards Stars that is one of the fastest point guards I've ever seen. He reads the floor exceptionally well when he has the ball in his hands. Offensively, he makes many great reads and finishes over many big men with layups and floaters. When he switches from defense to offense, he quickly finds his teammates in the open floor. He also makes accurate passes in the half court. Additionally, he guards taller players with his chest in the paint area.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470964' first='Antonio' last='Pemberton'] is a 2027 guard that played with the Mass Rivals in the 3SSB Session III in Bryan. He plays at an up-tempo pace with the ball in his hands as he gets down the floor with a purpose, whether it's him making a play for others or himself. Offensively, Antonio likes to pull up in mid-range, often using his creativity to pull up in that area while also being able to get pull-ups on the perimeter. Antonio operates the guard position well, being very capable of dictating both sides of the ball with his impact. After the session in Bryan, he was able to pick up offers from major schools, including Michigan State University and Ole Miss University!

[player_tooltip player_id='2838662' first='Brandon' last='Hahn'] for the Lakeshow 17U had a strong weekend in Bryan with averages of 20.7 points and 7.0 rebounds. Overall, he plays tough in the interior, making himself a physical presence, especially when the ball is shot. Offensively, he shoots it well with standing three-pointers along the perimeter, where he thrives. He scores well in the interior with his play finishing for his team even with contact at times. Due to his aggressive play getting around the interior, he was rewarded with free throws in multiple opportunities throughout my evaluation of his game.

During my evaluation of the 16U division, I was able to watch a very talented D1 Minnesota 16U team. Kevin Wilson played a very crucial role in D1 Minnesota 16U's win over Dream Vision 16U with a stat line of 22 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. His shooting splits were 6/15 from the field with a 40% clip, and from the perimeter, he shot 5/9 with a 56% percentage in that area. Offensively, he displayed he can get a bucket due to his ability to shoot make from multiple spots on the floor. He plays well in the pick and roll, being able to create off the dribble either going against the screen or using it entirely. When he gets into a scoring rhythm, he can be a threat to the opposing defense. Kevin has already received an offer from the University of Wisconsin in June before the 3SSB Session III in Bryan.
