With impressive size coming into high school, Malaki gets up and down the floor with ease, has the touch to finish with either hand inside, and has good hands to catch in traffic. Malaki was a major threat both out of the pick & roll, and stepping in from the dunker spot where he could power his way up to finish. Difference maker defensively with his mobility to slide into positions and alter shots around the basket.

Also starring for [program_tooltip program_id='2075258' first='ABC' last='Young Lions'] was Kiyan McGee. He's a high level athlete who was making explosive plays on both ends of the floor. Throughout the day he had a number of impressive blocks, getting off the floor quickly to reject lay-up attempts. With his agility at 5'11 he was able to guard the 1-3 spots with ease. Offensively he showed a quick first step to attack gaps and get to the basket, while also proving to be a reliable catch-and-shoot threat when left open out beyond the arc.

Jonathon was a key player for Team Hali in their run for the 13u title. He's lightning quick, and that quickness caused issues for opposing guards as he was relentless pressuring the ball and looking to force mistakes. Was able to pick off passes and get out for some easy transition finishes. A bulk of Team Hali's scoring came right at the rim, but Jonathon was one of the outside shooting that kept defenses honest by draining a few deep jumpers.

Don't let his size fool you, [player_tooltip player_id='2860266' first='Blake' last='Swedberg'] can play. Though often the smallest guy on the floor, Blake was fearless attacking the basket all weekend long for [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. He has a shifty handle combined with impressive change of speed that makes him unpredictable when the ball is in his hands. Blake can get all the way to the rim, or can stop on a dime for a quick floater to finish over the top of size. Tough competitor who is going to go right at whoever is guarding him.

For the past 8+ years there has been a standout Brumby in the Racine high school basketball scene. That doesn't appear to be changing as Terry will be entering high school, and looks like a talented player in Wisconsin's 2030 class. Brumby looked to be about 5'10-11 with a long and lanky frame combined with explosive athleticism. He got up for a big block on a 6'5 player early on in the game, and continued to make plays on both ends. Has the handle to weave his way through defenders to get to the rim, and once there he has impressive bounce and body control to hang in the air for difficult finishes.
