NDP 16U Notes: NHR State

In this piece, we're looking back at Saturday's action and revisiting our notes from North Dakota Phenom (NDP) 16U, a group that continues to show plenty of promise and upside.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the game we evaluated, NDP put together an impressive performance in a 69-46 victory over [program_tooltip program_id='2521653' first='Shoot360' last='Fargo']. The Phenom squad played with energy, shared the basketball, defended hard, and showcased talent throughout its roster.
