[player_tooltip player_id='2952120' first='Will' last='Winn'] (Kickapoo): The Chiefs have been built around a strong group of guards in recent years. Winn is a 6'4" 2027 forward who has a chance to break out and have a big senior season. He is an explosive athlete who can play above the rim. He had a number of strong games last season and he will be counted on for more in the future. He is also very good when he attacks the basket off the dribble. He can turn and face and rip through on the drive with his quickness. He can also pull up and elevate over defenders with the short jumper.

[player_tooltip player_id='2918956' first='Brayden' last='Harris'] (DeSmet): The 5'11" 2029 point guard spent his freshman season as an understudy for three-year starter Ian Thomas, who is now at Indiana State. Harris looked very comfortable and ready to step in after a strong weekend in Columbia. One thing he can do it shoot the ball. He has a feathery touch from 3-point range and he didn't mind taking and making big ones when the game was in the balance. He also has smooth handles to create his own shot off the dribble and he distributes the ball quite well to the open teammate.

Preston Clemens (MICDS): A 5'10" 2028 point guard who saw valuable minutes off the bench for a Rams team that won the Class 5 state championship. One of the top players on the team was his older brother Brandon Clemens, who is headed to Missouri Southern after an All-State season. Preston is a tough point guard with good quickness and the ability to attack downhill on a fearless drive. He distributes the ball well and he will also set the defense with his ability to guard on the ball with tenacity.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825348' first='Jeremy' last='Dixon'] (Hazelwood East): A 6'8" 2028 forward who entered high school as more of a project, but he is starting to come into his own as a player. With the Spartans losing multiple frontcourt players to transfer in the past two years, including top-level recruit [player_tooltip player_id='2334950' first='Tyran' last='Frazier'], Dixon looks ready to step into a prime role as a junior. He was doing a nice job scoring around the basket and he could also rebound and run the floor in transition. He can also catch and put the ball on the floor and score on the drive.

[player_tooltip player_id='2701292' first='Quincy' last='Bruce'] (Mexico): The Bulldogs will be a very young team after graduating its talented guard pair of Kaden Benne and Charlie Fisher. Bruce is a 6'3" 2028 guard who is a young talent with the ability to step in and play a bigger role. He is capable of creating his own shot off the dribble and can shoot it from 3-point range. He is also very athletic and can also excel on the defensive end.

PJ Rowles (Lee's Summit): The Tigers graduated an excellent All-Conference guard in Kameron Johns from last year's 22-win season. One player who has the talent to step in and make an impact is Rowles, a 6'5" 2029 guard who has good positional size and good skill level. He is capable of scoring from all three levels as he can get downhill and elevate over small defenders with his height. He can also ring the bell from 3-point range.
