He really came into his own this season. He was a very confident player. You could tell he has worked on his game.A player with good size he is able to create mismatches on the offensive side and still be able to defend multiple positions. He can score the ball multiple ways. He was another player whose game has improved through hard work and building confidence on what he can do on the floor. Really good getting out in transition and scoring. High basketball IQ. Plays at a really good pace. Good feel for the game. Even at a younger age he plays with floor general qualities. Reads the defense and attacks or sets up teammates for baskets. He averaged 12 ppg. Really good body which he uses to score inside. But knocking down deep threes is what he does at a high rate. Quick effortless release. Works hard on both ends of the floor. Excellent court vision. He possesses the quickness to get into the lane and create scoring chances for teammates as well as himself. He impressed me with the way he was able to orchestrate the pick and roll. Everyone thinks pick and roll is so easy but he seems to do it where you don't really know what he's doing with ball. Has a smooth foul line jumper. The lefty displayed the ability to pump fake and put the ball on the floor leading to baskets at the rim. Does alot of scoring middle of the paint. He drives a lot to the left coming back to the right to score giving him open looks in the paint. Really quick hands getting steals and deflections. Scored on a O/B in the paint just by out leaping everyone.
