June is a good time for some housekeeping. It isn't that the schedule isn't busy, in fact this is the busy time of year in a lot of ways. However, as prospects reconvene with their high school teams for a scholastic period of competition it serves as the unofficial transition from spring to summer. Last week we released our Class of 2029 Top 25 Rankings as well as an updated and expanded Watch List. Then, on Monday evening, we updated and expanded our Class of 2028 Rankings to include a Top 100. As always, we will spend the week highlighting stock-risers, new names, and diving deeper into the rankings update. Here are some of the top stock-risers from this spring in Indiana's Class of 2028.

One of the moments of the spring was at Prep Hoops The Stage when [program_tooltip program_id='2559412' first='Marlin' last='Academy'] P32 16u upset [program_tooltip program_id='2317250' first='Indiana' last='Elite 3SSB'] 16u. Alvey was a big part of that upset including hitting the game-winner to seal the deal. The 6'2" guard from Center Grove has had a breakout spring beyond just that one game as well. He is very talented with the ball in his hands and appears to be an up-and-coming playmaker to watch. Alvey is ranked #85 now in our rankings.

The last name of Bluiett carries some expectations when you step on a basketball court. This 6'2" wing from Park Tudor High School is starting to really play well and garner some attention on the hardwood. Bluiett had some excellent moments as a sophomore and has put together a strong spring earning him a jump from our Watch List into the Top 100 and #89. It will be interesting to see how much higher he can climb in the coming years.

We saw Fowler for the first time earlier this spring playing with Team Soil UA Rise 17u and he completely dominated the game we were watching. He was raining in three-point shots, making pull-ups, and finishing athletic drives to the basket. Then, we realized he was a rising junior playing up a year and liked him even more. Fowler makes his debut in our rankings here at #70.

One two talented forwards at Warsaw Community High School in the rising junior class, Ioane has really started to flash his upside through the spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2076924' first='EG10' last=''] 16u. He was a rotation piece gaining valuable varsity action as a sophomore, but has steadily improved and appears ready for a larger role this summer. The 6'6" forward moves well and makes real post moves with his back to the basket inside. Ioane debuts in our rankings at #82 in the class.

Also a talented baseball prospect, Snyder emerged during his sophomore season as one of the top rebounders in the state. The 6'6" forward averaged just shy of a double-double for West Lafayette High School putting up 11.9 points and 9.2 rebounds per game. He is very bouncy around the basket and is a crafty scorer in and around the paint. Snyder makes his debut in our rankings moving up to the #78 spot.

We've been aware of this 5'10" guard for some time now as he was an instant impact varsity contributor at Yorktown High School as a freshman. However, now as a rising junior, he is starting to really prove that that production translates to a higher level. He has had success a a shot-maker and playmaker on the UAA Circuit with Progeny 16u earning a significant jump up to #62 overall in our Class of 2028 rankings.
